Netball Knee Program

Netball KNEE Program

The netball KNEE Program is an on court warm up program designed to enhance movement efficiency and reduce injury for netball players of all ages and abilities.

 It is recommended the program is completed before each court work or match play session.

The KNEE Program needs to be completed at least twice a week for maximum effectiveness.

 WHY DO IT?

The KNEE Program is based on programs that have been proven effective in reducing lower limb injuries generally and specifically reducing ACL injuries. It will also improve efficiency of movement on court.
